Vivekananda Council of School Education (VCSE) is an independent educational council functioning under the aegis of Vivekananda Skill & Livelihood Development Foundation (A registered Section 8 Non-Profit Organisation).
1. Non-Government Status
Unless explicitly supported by valid official gazette notifications or official governmental sanction, Vivekananda Council of School Education (VCSE) is NOT:
- A Government Board
- A Government Department or Agency
- A Central or State Ministry
- A University or Deemed University
- A Statutory Authority or Statutory Board
- A Government Recognised Board
2. Council Objectives & Autonomy
VCSE operates as an autonomous, self-governing educational body committed to fostering curriculum design, teacher capacity building, school academic mentorship, and child-centered holistic evaluation. All affiliations granted and academic programmes conducted are governed exclusively under its registered non-profit charter.
3. Recognition & Equivalence
Acceptance, equivalence, or recognition of certificates, marksheets, or affiliations issued by VCSE for higher education, competitive examinations, or employment remains at the sole discretion of respective universities, state education boards, statutory commissions, and recruiting employers. VCSE makes no misleading representations or unwarranted guarantees of statutory equivalency.
